The process started with the default phone screening. After that, they decided they wanted to do a code pair session on the phone for a second interview. This one didn't work well at all, first of all, the call was extremely bad since they were in a conference room with speaker-phone, it was really hard to hear what they were asking and when I told them that it was bad they only states that they were in the conference room and kept going. Then at one point, the call failed and they had to call me back from their cellphone, which made things a little better but at that point, we were already 30 minutes into the interview. It seemed to be a good company to work for but the interview process wasn't the most pleasant.
