Initial Conversation with CEO and SDR:
The process started with a joint conversation with the CEO and the current SDR. During this session, we reviewed my resume and discussed my background and experience in detail.
Demo Presentation:
I then presented a demo to the Account Executive and the CEO. This step was designed to evaluate my ability to effectively present the product and demonstrate its value proposition.
Interview with the Hiring Manager:
Following the demo, I had a one-on-one interview with the Hiring Manager, where we discussed the specific responsibilities of the role and how my skills align with the team's needs.
Interviews with CTO and HR:
The final stage consisted of individual interviews with the CTO and HR. These interviews focused on assessing my technical knowledge, cultural fit, and overall alignment with the company’s values.
