The County has an 8-page or so questionnaire when you apply for a job, and their automated HR system for job postings/applications was very efficient at sending you automated emails as my application made it through the various preliminary reviews and on to the interview slate.

One can expect to receive pretty basic interview questions about problem solving, team member relations, how to deal with difficult clients, why you are interested in the position, etc. And one should expect specific questions depending on the role/responsibilities of the job ad.
