By the time they had let me know the position had been filled (1 month later after last interview after I emailed them) I had been through an over the phone interview and participated in 3 interviews in one day with 3 sets of people. The interview was awkward and many of the participants did not have questions prepared or seemed that organised. People were late or didn't even show to portions of my interview. Overall I felt it went good but I had to almost give them things for them to ask about. I am not sure how many interviews would have been left but nothing seemed right about it. I already know the company has gone through a lot and there future looks bleak with the owner wanting to sell with no buyers interested. It may have been a hidden blessing to miss out on this opportunity.
