I applied online and then was invited to an intern meet and greet a couple weeks later. I attended the meet and greet where I met many other applicants, current employees, and learned about the company's mission and culture. A few weeks after this I had one hour long interview (electronic, because I was coming from out of state). This was part case-study, part behavioral interview.
