Get response from recruiter quite fast, but the whole process was unprofessional. All conversation through whatsapp and not even a proper email for interview invitation. I don't think the name that she provided is the one who interview me as well...(he did not introduce himself, but from what i remember the name he enter meeting is not the same) Interviewer was nice, patience and straight forward, kind of mention that I might not be the one they are looking for. One of the reason cause to this result is the job description is actually not clear, so during actual interview what they actually looking is a candidate with another kind of skill set, like programming language, they didn't even mention in the job description at all, but actual interview still give a high weigh on programming language skill instead of the skill that mention in the description, even ZERO questions for the skill set was asked by the interviewer just I'm trying to explain that my previous experience is relate to the skill, no even ask deeper into that. Also during the conversation, from what I understand is they don't really have a proper range of 'job responsibilities', is more like they don't even have a scale that what kind of candidate they are looking for, they want someone who can do coding but never mention in the description.
