The interviewers have no common sense how to behave with a candidate having 10 yr of experience. Asking the theoretical question with code level syntax like 4-5 yrs candidate, before you explain they stop multiple times and ask question in between , wont allow you to complete, shows lots of attitudes as if they do rocket science. The worst behavioral exeperience through out my carrier of 10 years with multiple corporates.
