The process was not good , asking only HR questions and and no technical questions was asked very baised judging the background of the candidates .They know only one parameter to take students and no that is no tknowledge but family background.

They also focus on your commitment towards the job, and that you will not leave it. Questions were asked from Mass Transfer, Pumps and Compressors
