I got an opportunity with Bhavna Corp, Noida through consultant. Went there for f2f round... Person who took my interview seems like he was having less experience than me... What I felt is that he himself was trying to clear his own concepts in the interview... and was like for all answer I was delivering... are you sure..it is like this ? Are you confident about your answer..? Though he was asking easy questions on Java..like... Access specifier.. Overloading and Overridding... Encapsulation... Abstraction... he asked to me write code for Overloading and Overrriding... then he gave me question to write program to reverse individual string in given statement...some basic query.... 2 puzzles.... Almost all was easy if you do preparation for interview.... What I was not liking about this company was..... 1. Poor interview process... 2. 45 mins interview taken by two different people... ( Both seems having less experience than me... one left because he was having some meeting...and then he called someone else to take interview...). 3. Interviewer were asking questions on those area too on which I said clearly... I don't have any experience on that. 4. Little arrogant kind of behavior I felt...
