Bi-Mart hired me the second time I handed in a walk-in application; my family and I spent a little over a half an hour sitting on their bench near the front desk filling it out. The lobbyists were kind and took note of professional attire. A day later a phone call came scheduling an in-person interview. A manager and assistant manager interviewed me, pretty much running over all the things you would write down in the walk-in application. It lasted for about twenty minutes to a half an hour. The things they look for are your comfort level when maintaining eye contact and are a 'people person'. One day later after the interview another phone call came scheduling me a job offering. Standard citizenship papers and your id are requested before you go in to watch about four to six hours worth of videos and then on-the-job training.

Itcwas a very simple, standard interview. I was asked direct questions pertaining to job requirements and given information pertaining to the company . It was a very laid back environment where I felt comfortable.
