I applied for a UX/UI Designer position on 29/03/2025 and 4 days later I received a questionnaire and two tests (reasoning and personality) by email. On the same day I filled out the questionnaire which had 18 questions, in my opinion, it was very long and must have taken me about 1 hour to answer. As for test 1 - reasoning, was timed in 10 minutes and once again had an exaggerated number of very complex questions, of which I was not even able to complete half. Finally test 2 - personality was more accessible and took less time.
25 days have passed and I still haven't received any feedback on whether I should move on to the interview stage. If any updates come up in the meantime I will update this review.

The questionaire had these questions:
- What do you know about the Bi-Silque group's products/services/markets?
- Why did you decide to apply for this position?
- Why are you interested in working for this company and how do you think your skills can contribute to our team?
- How do you stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations?
- How do you stay up to date with design trends?
- How to balance your client's needs with your own creative ideas
Good interview with background checks. Human Resources put you very confortable with no big pressures.
Normal questions for interview: Past experience, education, soft skills etc.
Whole process took about 2 or 3 weeks

Firstly I was asked to tell about my self, my experience and education, to explain my curriculum vitae. Then they asked me some questions about the subject of the internship itself, lean management, as well as questions about the company. Very nice interviewer, she immediatly told I had been accepted.
