HR Phone Screening was held to get an idea of skills and experience as it relates to the job. Interviewed with Company President, CEO and Hiring Manager. Everyone interviews with the CEO. Understandable as the cultural fit is imperative. There are two tests given; personality and quantitative/analytical skills assessment.
