I was invited for an interview with the designer via Zoom call. It seemed very awkward, the designer was reading the questions from her screen, wasn't interested in any of the answers, was taking massively long pauses to look for the next question. The next steps weren't clear, nobody has contacted me after, I just had to assume that the interview was unsuccessful, which is extremly unprofessional.
