All you need to do for a position is print off an application online, go in and hand that application in to the guy in Human Resources. Then, if they are interested, they will call you back and set up an interview. The interview itself is really straight forward. Asked basic questions. You really don't need to prepare at all. Just be quick on your feet and make eye contact. Firm hand shake always helps.
