The first round was a phone screen. The talent seeker was really friendly and helpful and gave me a detailed explanation about the role and the company. The team and role both seemed quite interesting, and the international culture was a plus. The expectation set was genuine, and while I didn't have the right experience, I didn't feel shortchanged at all.
