Was applying for a part time job. They were legit about the interview process, or at least tried to be. Overall wasn't bad experience but they try to assert themselves early.

This interview process was very straightforward. I basically sat down in the manager's office as he looked over my application history. He asked me several questions regarding my personality and what I'd do in several situations and scenarios. After that I filled out a background compliance check, as well as other appropriate documentation. After the appropriate paper work I was given an employee personality test to see what role I should take in the store. A few days later, I was given a skills test which consisted of basic math, reading, and situational tests.
