I was 1st contacted by phone in which we agreed to an interview time and date. I even had to reschedule several weeks later in which I was told there would be a position available during that time. I met with the general manager who conducted herself with a great character and leadership. It was enjoyable.

I had heard horrible things about this place but took the chance and applied as I had hoped to bring my customer service skills to the table and maybe increase positive customers experiences with the company. I was set to do the first interview, which was a phone call scheduled by one of the managers/HR. No one showed and when I tried to call the store no one answered. So I feel this was a sign to stay far away.
