Contacted by recruiter several months after applying to schedule interview via link in email. Interview scheduled for two weeks later. Interviewer provided overview of company and operations, discussed new president and complete turnover of C-Suite and growth plans. After a good conversation, interviewer said he was reviewing candidates with president and talked through interview process. I felt good about my experience and looked forward to next interview round. I didn't hear back and followed up a few weeks later. With no response, I followed up one more time and again received no response. Disappointed with the lack of follow-up, but it is so the norm these days.
