Very straightforward interview process. Submitted my CV online and was contacted to arrange a face to face with the CTO. The chat was very casual. Didn't feel like an interview (in a good way)
Nice people on the whole, very friendly and firm to earth, but the offer was on the modest side and flexible working wasn't an option so I had to turn it down.
