The actual interview process was awesome. First was the technical round with the lead engineer and the head of IT. Both are great people and I really enjoyed talking to them. Then I had a chat with the HR for the second round and the last round was a real interesting one which I have never done before. It involved role play in actual scenarios that a system admin would face. After the three rounds, my understanding after talking to them was that the interview was great. But then started the complete ignorance by the HR. Initially I was told that final result will be given after the second week. Third week went by and no response. So I started to follow up with them. The HR replied after a few days saying that the process is not done yet. This went on for another month and finally after more than a month the HR said that they have selected another candidate. That itself was quite disappointing as I started the interview with them close to 3 months ago. Now, the best part is they posted the same job again AFTER telling me that the position has been filled by someone else. Their hiring team is really clueless it seems.
