The interview process was very intense and thorough. They wanted to make sure the right candidate could do the job. There were a series of interviews with different staff to make sure the candidate could demonstrate technical competency, industrial knowledge, and maintain professionalism in the work place. The interviewer was extremely professional and engaged about the company.
