The recruiter I dealt with was awesome. Very informative. Had a phone interview, found a shift that worked for me, and then I went in the next day for an interview with a hiring manager. It took about 30 minutes and then I did a typing test. The recruiter I was dealing with gave me a tour of the building. They have a games room and a gym! So cool.

Asked how I would get someone to pay their money when they had no money. It's a situation I've been in. They explained we aren't supposed to be rude. We are supposed to be empathetic and help the customer find a solution that will eventually get them out of debt.
