Interview process was fairly simple and straightforward generally until the end made it obvious the person didn't like me Hellos and His Talk about yourself Whether you are an student or not Right to work status Favourite food and types Whether you researched the whole brand and restaurant before hand There seems to be high level of expectation for junior roles they expect you to already have senior level experience and no diversity despite having that on the job description only from one type if you know what this means

They ask about your previous experience if any, then ask why you want to work there. It's very standard. I told them I missed working in London because of all the attractions around the area. I told them of my waitering experience & other jobs I have done previously that would help. They offered me a trial shift & I got the job.
