Interview process was going into the store and having an interview with the leadership/management team there. It was about 45 minutes long conversation. Was able to answer and ask questions.

Pretty brief and casual. Basic questions. First interview was with HR manager, second interview was with the store manager at the store I would be working at. The second manager interview was 5 minutes long. He asked me more life questions, like "Do you party a lot" and "What do you do when you're not at work?"
