Don’t waste your time! They don’t call or email you back to communicate if you made it to the next step, if they decided on another candidate, or any advice on improvement. I had the initial call scheduled with the company’s HR recruiter and she never called! I emailed her and call her with zero success. My friend made it all the way to the final face interview which lasted 3 hrs on-site and they never followed up with her. That is so unprofessional. People are literally shuffling their day around to make time to interview with their company, the least they can do is communicate with the candidates on their decision. Even if it’s an automated email but, leaving potential candidates hanging is not the way to go. They are literally shutting the door on good prospects without giving them the proper time or respect. I’m glad she never called me on our initial call. If this is what they do to prospects imagine what their employees deal with.
