Second round: Manager who asks you some technical questions (beware, managers at Binance have a reputation of not knowing the roles they manage).
Third round: a group of team mates that asks you a mix of technical questions and get a feel for your personality

After my first interview I was assured that I would receive feedback or an update within one to two days. However, despite this promise, I have not heard anything from the company, even after sending a follow-up email after a week or two.
As a job candidate, I understand that the hiring process can take time, but the complete lack of communication is both unprofessional and disrespectful. It's frustrating to be left in the dark without any acknowledgment or update, especially after investing time and effort into preparing for and attending the interview.
Companies should recognize that the hiring process reflects their values and how they treat people. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression of Binance.
