Disappointing candidate experience.
Went through all rounds of interview but then no updates from recruiter. Typical ghosting strategy to silently assume rejection. Interview process started bad with first round (extended peer) ending with mixed feelings, given the role being interviewed for was new and mismatched with role of the interviewer. Second round (HM) sounded red flags with direct sharing of not being able to expect work life balance. Third round (Stakeholder) no signal of anything going wrong. Recruiter promptly updates until the stage of having final discussion with HM on offer but then MIA after, even ignoring follow up message on status.
HR must be more professional to have proper closure with candidates. Please respect the time and effort that a candidate puts in to get through each interview rounds.
I did several rounds of interviews with folks on the team. Those interviews were mostly qualitative and about past experiences. I did a take home project; decision was fast. Not difficult.

3 stages, first with talent recruiter, second and third with Leaders from Compliance department. All of them through video call. Technical questions comprised of if I would be able to identify a forged documentation, and how I would follow a WCK process to screen a customer.

Was invited to an interview with the manager of the division, remote online interview. All interviews were going to be remote and the next interview would be with the direct manager's manager.
