The interview process was initially fast and HR was prompt in coordinating. The 3rd and 4th rounds of interviews were held together. However, I was given only 1 link for both rounds. I stayed on that link for the 4th round for 20 mins but no interviewer showed up. Hence, I contacted HR but there was no response. HR was on leave; got to know about this through a mutual friend in Binance. The day HR came back, contacted HR via email but no response; till now! To the Interviewer or HR: you cannot leave your candidates out in the dark! All the time spent preparing for interviews is wasted. This is not the way to treat a candidate!

HR around to check your background, then followed with 2 tech interviews, last round will be manager round.
Process is fast, so its possible to finish the whole process within a week, but most interviewer will speak Chinese.
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds focusing heavily on backend fundamentals and real-world system design. The interviewers asked in-depth questions about Java, Redis, and Kafka, including internal mechanisms and implementation details. Some discussions went down to source code level, requiring a strong understanding beyond just high-level concepts. The process was quite technical and detail-oriented, with less emphasis on behavioral questions.

My role was as a FE developer. Make sure you understand the language well and its gotchas, as the interviewers expect you to have a deep understanding of the language and the JS engine
