Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Binance
Colloquio
First was a screening call with a recruiter asking general questions and checking whether you know the values of the company.
Second was an assessment, with a 3-day deadline, I would say medium to hard level.
Third was an interview with regional managers asking questions about your background, your understanding of the cryptocurrency space and questions about the future role.
Fourth was an interview with one of the executives, who asked questions mostly about your background and the cryptocurrency landscape. Unfortunately, this person didn't take the time to go through the assessment that I spent days on asked the same questions I already sent in, and was quite unfriendly (yet professional.) Overall all interview rounds were pleasant except for the last one.
