Colloquio
1. Google form (with long descriptive answers, mostly creative)
2. Group interview (with 5 people in total and taken by senior tour guides, makes you think quickly and have options to not repeat an answer, 20-30 mins)
3. Solo interview (similar to group interviews but looking for more comprehensive answers, slightly shorter than the group interview)
