An initial phone interview started the process. This was followed by a face to face with my future manager, plus HR. The interview itself was thorough but relaxed. No trick questions, just a case of two parties seeing if they're a good march for each other.
Second interview was with a C-level person. Gained a really good understanding of company ethos and strategy.

Some scenario based questions, some "experience of a situation where..." questions
Two digital interviews with various members of the Product team. Both conducted on Microsoft Teams. I spoke with the Head of Business Analysis, other Business Analysts, and HR. Each interview was around 30 minutes.
