First round of interview was a phone screen with the Director of the department. The second round of interviews were conducted virtually over Zoom. I interviewed with 2 Scientists (II/III), 2 Managers, and the department Director again. Each interview lasted 30 minutes.

Efficient interview process overall, HR staffs are friendly. Follow-up is in one week. Nice people there. Interview questions included both technical and behavior. Zoom interview, on on-site interview so far. Definitely will recommend to other people who are interested in finding jobs in CRO industry.

Several 30 minute panel interviews with 2-4 people each, lasting around 3 hours. They have you meet with multiple teams to see where you would best fit. Follow up was very quick, about 1 week after interview.
