at first technical interview.it was easy.all questions were basic embedded software
I got an offer but the worst HR team ever, they didn't answer directly.
they are pending my offer for no reasons.

Colloquio
Two interviews,
the first is a C written exam followed by a HR interview but it wasn't really an interview.
just chatting.
the second:
they called a week later
you start with a second written c test then a technical interview with the team leader
it lasted for 2 hours of technical questions and discussions about lots of things
but all in the basic. no rtos stuff.
the result was after a month from the second interview
