First meeting was with the hiring team and was as expected. I got position related questions. The unpleasent part was miscommunication with the HR part. I received different information before this meeting regarding preparing a scientific presentation. I prepared one but during the interview, the hiring team was not aware of this request, so my efforts were for no reason. The second meeting was technical and went well, and i was invited for a third interview on site. Between these calls, there was a month break without any further information, therefore i didnt change my vacation plan. I received the last invitation when i was in my vacation and called for on-site interview. I replied and requested a new appointment since i was not able to come. I didnt receive any response but an automated rejection email from HR directly. I cannot comment on how it is to work with them, but they need to improve their communication skills at least on HR part clearly.

Interview conducted by three team members - simple online interview process leading up to 60 minutes. Competency-based interview where basic skills for the task and competency were discussed casually. A brief introductory talk on the previous scientific experience was given as a presentation.
