      Extremely poor communication from recruiter. I had 8 interviews scheduled over a 2 month period for an entry level CTM position only relayed to me via email meeting requests. There was no pre or post follow up by the recruiter nor feedback on how any of the interviews went. I sent three post interview emails to a main interviewer who said she'd likely be my manager and the recruiter. The interviewer never replied and neither did the recruiter after a second prompt. The recruiter did not notify me they had filled the initial position and sent me to interview for another therapeutic area (which did not go well as I thought I was interviewing for the same initial team). It was only after I retracted my application that the recruiter replied. Extremely poor experience from a company I believed was way above this.

      There are not many written processes in place and the main office in Germany takes forever to make decisions, Are you able to work independently without much guidance and do most of the study management on your own with little support staff?
