Phone screen after email correspondence. It was rushed and condescending. After the phone interview I never heard back from the recruiter so after a few months I gather I didn't get the job.

Interview with HR, AVP, and other senior leaders, personality assessment, background check, reference check. Position was offered after 3 weeks and had to have blood test and complete personality assessment. Waited 2 weeks for background check and an offer was made by the recruiter. No salary negotiation. Recruiter said this is what we can offer you and no more. I accepted and gave a notice with my current employer with reservations because of the negative info I had heard about this organization.
