There was a phone interview within one day of the initial call from the recruiter who reached out. A couple of days following the phone interview, there was an in person interview. The in person interview was first with the recruiter in a conference room. After the recruiter left the room, there was a few minute wait for a supervisor and manager who interviewed together. It was a little more in depth than the typical customer service interview. It was evident they took their job and the job I was interviewing for very serious.
