I applied for the position via Biobest's website, where the requirements and details about the job were clear and complete. I submitted my application during the Easter holidays and I have been contacted less than a week later. I had 2 interviews: the first with the Team Leader + HR, the second with the Plant Manager. I received feedbacks right after each meeting and information about the following steps. The process lasted in total around 3 weeks.

Having a compliance background in different fields, the questions were mostly related to my working attitude and soft skills: how to react in case of non-compliant situations, what kind of tools would you use to handle projects and deadlines, what are your working strengths and weaknesses
