Casual but well organized. Had a phone interview with HR followed by a call with hiring manager in 2 weeks followed by on site interview. Overall, got a startup vibe besides the acquisition and generic questions were asked.

The interview process was very scattered and disorganized. The HR manager was friendly but extremely disorganized. She missed a few emails and forgot to send me some time critical forms. There was something definitely off with the company. A bunch of red flags. I was certain I was going to get the position after all the interviews. But, after arriving to my 3rd face-to-face interview 30 minutes late with the CEO obviously didn't help my application. I didn't hear back from the HR manager on the status (happened often), so I followed up and she stated that I did not get the position. I asked for some feedback and what I could do better - didn't hear back from that either (expected). In general, I am thankful I didn't get the position a better opportunity came through. There is definitely something up with the company culture though...probably management and obviously HR.
