I was contacted by Talent Acquisition specialist at the company a couple days after I applied. We scheduled a video call for the following week. Great conversation, seemed very interested in me, and at the end he stated he was going to share my resume with the hiring manager. Then.... nothing. Never heard from him again. I sent two follow up messages and never received a response.
