Applied online through their talent acquisition search. 3 weeks later I got an email with a PIN and number to call for a pre-recorded interview. 2 months later I received a call for an over the phone interview that lasted ~10 minutes. Then 2 weeks later received word they wanted an in person interview at Grifols. During the interview I realized that the man I was interviewing with was NOT the supervisor I would have been working for, gave me the feeling he was recruiting me for his staff instead. 1.5 months after this I was scheduled for another in person interview with the correct supervisor. Was told I would hear back within a week. Awaiting call or email to see if I got the job.
The 3 interviews were very laid back; the first in person interview included tour of lab, meeting some of the other employees. The second in person interview included another tour of lab, more in depth, the supervisor was friendly and left me with a good impression. Hope I get this job, have been waiting on Biomat/Grifols for a VERY long time.
So far no mention of a drug test, however from what I read of other reviews it is administered the same day as the offer is given?

There was only one interview and it was easy. They will give you a tour of the lab if they think you are a good candidate. Then, you will be phone screened by HR. Overall, the process is easy. If you want to impress, then ask questions about the processes and attributes that will make you a successful technician.
