Virtual interview conducted with Director of Development and Engagement. Based on interview style and process, was able to glean the organization's internal culture and departmental needs very quickly. Had opportunity to ask questions around development goals and past strategic planning outputs/outcomes. Interviewer was very personable, enjoyed dialogue around individual interests and strong advocate for organization in general.
