I applied online and heard back a day later. I met with Jenny a week later. I arrived early and as soon as she looked at me, I could tell she was not interested. I came well prepared with a strong resume, and she barely let me answer the questions without cutting me off. She then proceeds to tell me "all positions have been filled but its nice to always keep looking". The lack of unprofessionalism was astounding. I understand not everyone is a perfect fit but if you aren't draped in expensive clothing willing to accept poor pay, forget it.
