Followed by a 20-30 minute teaching session with students, staff sat in as well, but not the same as the panel interview. Got the impression that the department was undergoing a restructure and they were interviewing far more candidates than a typical shortlist of 6.

Online meeting. Asked to prepare and present a PowerPoint presentation on a specific topic, with follow up questions. Then in the same meeting a formal interview of around 5 questions followed.
