Recruiter screening and then potentially some assessment and presentation. The recruiter was from offshore, the English level was not very fluent, and they were busy trying to type my responses. Never felt this skeptical where my experience was not communicated correctly. I was not selected, and I still feel like it is a huge missed opportunity. Would not apply again.
