I reached the last stage of the hiring process and was offered a package BELOW my expected salary. During all interviews, I had informed the recruiter, hiring manager and also HR rep my expected salary, and no one said it would be a problem. In fact, it apparently met their budget. Renegotiated offer, had more calls to explain and guess what- answer comes after more than two long weeks that the position has since been put on hold. Horrible. The only good thing I can say here is that the Recruiter and Hiring Manager were swift in their replies and were professional throughout the interview process.

Multiple interviews. All pretty straightforward and standard. Met with sales manager and CEO. I asked to speak with another sales rep but I decided to move on before we got to that.
