Recruiter reached me via LinkedIn with invitation to their introduction meeting with CEO in their office at One-North.
Few days later the recruiter called me and asked if I'm interested in their open positions. She shared their recruitment process (hackerrank test, psychology test, solving problems on whiteboard, and something else). She also asked my current responsibilities and salary.
I asked her if the team can answer Joel software test, but she never get back to me (I even remind her). It is common when recruiter is not interested anymore, but basic email or message with feedback would be great.
Their software is almost 10 years old, so I guess the job scope is mostly bug fixing and integrations for another customer. Not something I would like to do.
