      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Bite Size nel mese di mar 2014

      Colloquio

I've had some strange interviews but this was THE WORST. For the first interview, the entire time I was interviewing, the interviewer kept telling me how amazing I was and how perfect I was for the job and how I was the best candidate ever. I was definitely made to feel like I had the job. The second interview, however, was not as great. It had to be rescheduled twice. Once, I showed up (after driving forever) only to be told that the woman who was going to interview me wasn't coming in for another few hours and I should just hang around Hollywood while I waited. When I finally sat down for the second interview, the woman brought a male employee with her. They acted really disinterested in me from the start, talked to each other like I wasn't there, rolled their eyes at me, and talked to me like they were angry they had to be there. I honestly am someone who generally does pretty well on interviews so this was a first for me. Plus, I was told beforehand to park at the W and that they would validate (I still have the email saved). Turns out, they don't validate and I was going to have to pay $14 to leave. Being unemployed, I did not have said $14. My bank account had $3 in it and I completely started to panic. I had to seriously push to have the ticket validated, which definitely didn't make me look great. Anyway, afterward, I kept emailing the guy I originally interviewed with. He ignored my emails for two weeks before finally getting back to me with something like, "Oh hey. We filled the position. Thanks." I definitely cried for a few days over that one.
