I applied for the position and they reply back with a questionary that involves questions that you can find the answers in the support page, and some others to check in the blockchain explorers. This was good to understand the different functionalities from the exchange. After a week or so was invited to an interview. There was a person from HR and a manager. The interviewers were nice and talk a lot about the company but you were not allowed to speak much. After the interview did not receive any further email concerning my application.

Colloquio
The interview process started with a technical test (home work) to assess competences in the crypto space (trading, troubleshooting, problem solving skills etc.) followed by an interview with recruiter and Support Manager.
The final stage was an interview with the COO.
Prior to sign the contract, there is also a background check to go through, but all went smoothly.
