I am sure I am doxxing myself by doing this but since a month has passed, I felt like this is the right time to do this. I was ghosted after an interview. The process till that point was very smooth, with a recruiter screen, call with a PM and a design assignment (directly related to their product), which I presented to another person from the team. It has been crickets after that. The TA person, up until that point, was really responsive, friendly and frankly made me super confident about the process. But after my last presentation, I've followed up twice with them and haven't heard back. It's insane a company can do that to you. Super unethical, especially when they got free design out of me in a problem space directly related to them.
